ok, so I decided this morning to release a browser version, enjoy :)

if it runs slowly in the browser though, head on over to [link] and you can download the .exe (oh, and the source file too :paranoid:)

keep in mind that you CAN stop the music by pressing the 'm' key, it was my first stab at making music so it does suck.

and to those who dont know, I made this game in 48 hours for ludum dare

actually I have thousands of slave monkies in a parralel dimension that attempt to mimick your movement while holding ropes, that data is instantly redirected to this dimension where flash renders your rope in the same manor as the monkies.

however, due to the data loss of communication between the two dimensions, I have a backup system of movieclips making up parts of the rope and flash drawing a line between each :D

ok, first level walkthrough:

the power is not getting from the power generator to the door, there is no connection between the two metal plate/box things, grab the end of the wire (blue thing) and attatch it to the top plate and gravity will complete the connection. this gets power as far as the button, stand on it and then power gets to the door, opening and letting you onto the next level :)

you should be able to work out the rest then :)

That game really lowered my self-esteem... I was pushing the wrong button for like ten minutes before I figured it out and when I connected the two parts I kept reconnecting them because I thought something was supposed to happen until I realized something was happening, I just couldn't see it. But then it was all happy and good and such.
