Whilst flash certainly has its advantages (not least of which being its install base) unity seems to be much more bum-friendly.

Anyhoo, onto the actual news, I've been learning blender lately, if you are wondering why I'm doing this refer to the following diagram:

its been going pretty well too, this week things have just started clicking and I can model almost as fast as I could in max and unwrapping is pretty much the same, however I'm still getting the hang of animating armatures but thats pretty much the last thing I need to do for now. btw anyone know any good tutorials for animating an armature (I cant find the keys in the curve editor ) and also it would be cool if someone could point out a tutorial for setting up IK links, as the auto IK is about as useful as sandpaper underwear.


also I feel I should apologise for the lack of Edward updates, my current project is in a pretty critical point and so I'm spending all my motivation on it right now. perhaps later once the game is in a more stable state and I've nothing to do on it but content creation I'll spend the odd weekend off to take a wrench to edward

also also I will get round to drawing the images for the reverse caption contest (you guys made some great captions), I have a couple done already but I'd like to release them all at once
