Ok, so I use mspaint ALOT, and I thought I knew everything about it, heck, I knew about the two-tone mode and the secret 10x zoom, but it turns out theres so much more, like multiple brush sizes, using the eraser tool to safely change a colour without messing up everything around, THERES EVEN A DAMN THIRD COLOUR SLOT!

I am SO using mspaint as the 2D app in my next game. speaking of which...

the graphics are all wip of course, including my test character, who I have decided to call 'ska-gal'. but the game itself is coming together nicely, I got really nice camera controls and behaviour and even analogue animations depending on how far you push the sticks

the actual 'lay' part is next on my list of things to do, and its also pretty much the only part of the design not nailed down, but its not something I'd be happy being sure on until I'd played it

anyhoo, have I managed to make any mspaint converts yet?
